Purchasing a Gift Voucher
Riva Bar & Grill gift vouchers are only available in your chosen domination (ie. $50, $100 etc) from the website.
No Cash Advances
You cannot obtain any cash advance with your Gift Card or redeem your Gift Card for cash.
Inner Beauty gift vouchers may not be used to purchase another Inner Beauty gift voucher.
Validity and Expiry of Gift Cards
Inner Beauty gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase in accordance with NSW State legislation.
Redemption of a Gift Voucher
Lost or Stolen Vouchers
Please consider Gift Voucher’s as currency. Lost or Stolen cards can not be replaced or traced within our system.
Everybody’s time is valuable, as is ours.
We value your business and also understand that sometimes you can’t attend or need to reschedule appointments that you make.
If you are ever in this situation we ask that you respect our business scheduling, and would appreciate a minimum of 12 hours notice. This also allows time for those who were also wanting an appointment to have the opportunity.
In the event that less than 12 hours notice is given a cancellation fee of 50% of the full price of all scheduled services will be issued.
A ’no show’ to your scheduled appointment will also result in this fee, along with your rescheduled appointment being paid in full prior to confirming your booking.
Should you have been spoilt with a gift voucher, the same policy applies with your voucher being used as currency.
Confirmation of your scheduled appointment will be seen as an acknowledgement of our cancellation policy.

Parking in our lovely town can sometimes prove difficult. Please allow ample time to find parking to arrive at your scheduled appointment on time. If you are running behind for your appointment we will endeavour to do our best to accommodate you without impacting on our next scheduled client. Your full treatment cost will remain payable. You may find extra parking under our complex or behind the Community center.
All new clients, please arrive 10 mins prior to your scheduled appointment to complete client details.
If you are after a specific, time, day or therapist, please consider booking at least 1-2 weeks prior to your desired time to avoid disappointment. At peak holiday periods please consider booking 2-4 weeks prior to your desired appointment time.
